As if there wasn't enough sports on Aussie television we will have a 24-hour free-to-air sports channel tomorrow. All the sports you can stomach and then some more. And just when you get enough of all the sports, you get some more sports. Oh well..as long as they include some proper football, I don't mind.

Summer and autumn
Summer has gone but it's still rather warm. I don't mind it if the weather gets a bit cooler. I'm looking forward to that crisp fresh sunny weather that I experienced here a few years ago when I visited in the month of June. There were some beautiful clear skies then and a wonderful freshness to the air that I breathed. Roll on!

Just watched a bit of football. Ronalde was doing his party trick and kicking a free kick with much aplomb. He really is a good player even though he seems like a real so and so. But I suppose if Wayne Rooney can forgive him perhaps he is all right after all. I just don't go in for those coiffed latin players, really. Big girl blouses..

Coffee Heaven
It has to be said -so I'm going to say it- that the cafes here in Sydney serve some of the best coffee in the world. Easily comparable with coffee in Spain or Italy. As I'm quite an afficionado of fine coffee I was very pleased to find this superb coffee here in Oz. A veritable cafe culture is the norm here and I love it. So, there..
